Darnell Isaac
Consultant and Notary with LMI Associates, bringing over 12 years of consulting experience across finance, real estate, HR, and business operations, alongside 4+ years of professional notary service. He is a commissioned Notary Public in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Delaware, and a Remote Online Notary (RON)–certified professional, providing both mobile and virtual notarizations for real estate closings, powers of attorney, affidavits, hospital signings, and loan documents.
Darnell is also a licensed real estate agent in Maryland, actively supporting residential buyers, sellers, and investors, while expanding licensure into Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Pennsylvania. His consulting background includes deep expertise in financial management, payroll administration, audits, fund accounting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, including GAAP, ERISA, and IRS requirements. In addition, he provides personal and business tax preparation and filing services, including real estate–related tax matters.
Known for a hands-on, detail-driven approach, Darnell delivers accurate, compliant, and strategic guidance tailored to each client’s financial, legal, and operational goals.
Leloni Lopez
Human Resources leader and consultant with 14 years of experience in HR, organizational development, and workforce strategy across multi-site, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations. In addition to her HR leadership, she has served as a business development consultant for more than 10 startup companies, and continues to advise clients in creative industries, nonprofits, and small businesses. Leloni brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll and HRIS systems, and organizational design, with a strong track record of aligning HR strategy to operational and growth objectives. She has led workforce planning initiatives, unionized staff management, benefits negotiations, salary band development, and HR policy implementation, while also supporting grant writing and fund development efforts with a proven record of successful awards.
