360 Developmental Needs Inventory (DNi)®:

The Development Needs Inventory (DNi) provides an analysis of a person's management strengths and developmental needs. This 360-degree feedback tool for all levels of leadership. Managers receive feedback on their strengths and development needs across a comprehensive list of leadership and management competencies as perceived by others in the organization including managers, peers, and direct reports who have had an opportunity to observe the individual’s behaviors on the job. The participating individual also completes a self-evaluation as part of the process. As a result, this approach became popularized as a 360-degree feedback technique.

BestWork Data:

With a simple 25-minute online experience, BestWork DATA measures the hard-wired traits and abilities that determine how a person thinks, learns, and behaves. These factors determine how a person delivers specific job behaviors and what roles they would excel in. You can use these results for hiring, performance management, to determine training needs, and more.

Achiever® Assessments:

The Achiever® is a unique personnel assessment that combines six mental aptitudes and 10 personality dimension measurements in one instrument. It contains two validity scales to assess the accuracy and has a scoring system that easily relates scores to job requirements by means of a benchmark of successful performers. 

Generic sample reports are available for review. In order to demonstrate the value of our assessments, we offer one complimentary Achiever® assessment to each qualifying company without cost or obligation. 

• Executive Achiever® 

It is for upper level professional and management jobs (sales, management, supervision, and administration jobs). The Executive Achiever measures six mental aptitudes, ten personality dimensions, and two validity scales 

• Sales Achiever® 

This is for inside or outside sales associates and managers.

  

• Guardian Achiever® 

This is for hourly jobs and measures the ability to learn, math, numerical perception, personality, and direct admissions of theft, drug or alcohol problems as they relate to the job.
